- Make sure the “team” tab is selected under the project name
- On the right hand side there is a plus icon under where it says “project members”
- Select, invite to project, and add as many people as you would like
- Once the project is shared with them, they have access to everything within the project and are able to edit the project
- To remove somebody from the project, simply right click their name and choose “remove”
Follow a task:
- When somebody follows a task, they will receive direct notifications about this task.
- Select the task you want to share, and go to the right panel.
- Under the “dates” icon, there is an icon which says “Invite” and you can choose who you would like to follow this task
Delegating specific task:
- Go to the exact task, and select the avatar next to it. You can choose to invite “Frequent collaborators”, “entire team” or “other collaborators”
