Sometimes we will ask you to send us your Priority Matrix data. For example, to help recover some data loss or to inspect any issues you may having. To do so, these are the steps you need to follow:
- Plug your iPhone or iPad device to your computer, and start iTunes
- Select your device on the top toolbar
- Click on “Apps” on the left side panel
- Scroll down to where it says “File Sharing”
- Select Priority Matrix; On the right side you will see a list of file names.
- Select all those file names and click on “Save To…”
- Take the saved file (probably a zip file) and email it to us
