Did you open up your Priority Matrix just to find the toolbar is missing from the top of your screen?  The toolbar I am referring to is the one with File, View, Edit etc.   This can happen if you accidentally put your Priority Matrix in full screen mode, which we highly reccommend against doing to avoid confusion.

Toolbar is Missing in Windows Priority Matrix:

  1. First try pressing “F11” to exit full screen mode.
  2. If that does not work, please completely close your Priority Matrix and re-open it.
  3. If step 1 and 2 both do not provide a solution, please follow these steps below:
    1. In C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\PriorityMatrix\files there’s a file called “pm-pro-config.ini” which contains the current app settings, including the window geometry, so that when you restart the app, it keeps the same size, etc
    2. To get there you need to type %appdata% in the file explorer.
    3. Close the app, delete that folder, and re-open Priority Matrix
