How to integrate emails with Priority Matrix mobile app:

  • Gmail: If you have the Priority Matrix Gmail  extension installed in your Gmail, when you install the mobile Gmail app the Priority Matrix extension will be available automatically.  If you do not have the extension installed yet, install Priority Matrix for Gmail here.  You can also install the extension via your Gmail settings.
  • Use a project or quadrants secret inbox address to forward an email directly into the chosen location.

Gmail mobile app extension:
