The Gantt Chart is an awesome feature, but, just like any other thing, can be overwhelming!  If you are looking for a way to filter Gantt Chart, the following will tell you how to apply a number of filters!

Filter Gantt Chart (Windows)

  1. Use the “special filter” option
  2. Go to the top right corner and open “no special filter”
  3. Alter the filter which you would like to use
  4. This will narrow down exactly what items you are seeing
  5. To clear these filters, select “clear filters” in the “no special filter” option Filter Gantt Chart

Filter Gantt Chart (Mac)

  1. Use the search bar
  2. Go to the top right corner and select the search bar
  3. Select the filter you would like to apply
  4. When you are done, clear this filter by opening the search bar and selecting “clear filters”
