Chances are, if you find yourself looking at this article we have asked you for your system logs in order to resolve some crash or some other bug on your Priority Matrix for Mac.  Not sure how to find those? Let me explain!

Step by step instructions

  1. First, let’s make sure that Priority Matrix is not running at the moment. To do so, force quit your Priority Matrix: Find the apple icon on the top left corner of your Mac desktop, select “Force Quit…” and then if you see the “Priority Matrix Team” app, select it and click “force quit.”

  2. Now open the Console app by pressing “command-space”, and typing “console”, then selecting the black terminal icon that should appear:

  3. Inside Console, find the filter box (on the top-right of the new window), and there type “matrix” (see screenshot). This will start showing you only the events that are related to an app with “matrix” in its name.

  4. Now, open Priority Matrix or perform whatever other task we have asked you to do, and you will see related events show up on the Console app.
  5. Finally, you need to copy all this content and paste it into a text file to share with us. To do this, click in the Console log, press “Command-A” to select everything, then “Command-C” to copy it, and finally go to a blank text file, or an email window, and paste with “Command-V”. Then we will be able to inspect the contents and help you out.
