If you want to completely wipe your local data and start Priority Matrix as if it was a fresh installation (maybe we have asked you to do this?), follow these simple steps:

  • IMPORTANT: First of all, follow these steps to backup your data in case something goes wrong
  • Stop Priority Matrix if it’s running
  • Open a file explorer (press Windows-E)
  • In the address bar, type %appdata% (including the % signs) and press enter
  • Then you will see a folder named PriorityMatrix, which contains the files we want
  •  Select and delete that file
  • Start Priority Matrix again

That’s all! If you run into any problems, please contact us and we will try to help!
