How to send us your system files for Priority Matrix Windows

Sometimes it helps for us to be able to take a look at your files to figure out if there is something breaking Priority Matrix. If we have asked you to share your PM files with us, these are the steps you need to follow:

• If you don’t have a program to compress files, install one like 7-Zip from
• Open a file explorer (press Windows-E)
• In the address bar, type %appdata% (including the % signs) and press enter
• Then you will see a folder named PriorityMatrix, which contains the files we want
  • Right click the folder PriorityMatrix, scroll to 7-Zip, then select the option ‘‘Add to PriorityMatrix.zip”
  • There will be a new file toward the bottom of that folder named PriorityMatrix.zip
  • Move the resulting file named PriorityMatrix.zip to your desktop, where it is easier to find
• Open https://appfluence.com/incoming-files/ in your browser, and use the form in that page to upload the file
