Mac users get a spot at the top of the screen to hold very important apps which run in the background. This is called the menu bar. But why does it matter?
It enables you to open Priority Matrix any time. That’s pretty cool!
But how do you actually use the menu bar?
- If the logo is hidden, hold down the Control, Shift, and + keys and the bubble will appear.
- If the logo is there, click on it to open this bubble:
It’s helpful when your attention is focused on another task and a colleague stops by to share something important that you need to remember. Instead of creating another physical sticky note, you can easily add the task to your Priority Matrix inbox by right-clicking the Priority Matrix logo and typing in the task.
