Could you please take the following steps:
1) Make sure that you are using the same correct email and passwords for all devices.
2) Try to sign out and sign in again.
3) Make sure that filter and sort modes are the same for all devices.
If #1- 3 didn’t help, please send us an email explaining the issue to helpdesk@appfluence.com or please contact us at https://sync.appfluence.com/accounts/contact (screenshots would be of great help). NB! Don’t delete your app because it may delete backups as well!
