For Mac Users:
- Open the “Finder” application from your Dock or by using the Command + Space bar shortcut to open Spotlight, then type “Finder” and press Enter.
- In the Finder window, navigate to the “Applications” folder. You can do this by clicking “Go” in the menu bar at the top of the screen, and then selecting “Applications” from the dropdown menu.
- Once you’re in the “Applications” folder, locate the “Priority Matrix” application. Note that it might be listed under “Priority Matrix Team” depending on your version.
- Click and hold on the “Priority Matrix” icon, then drag it to the “Trash” icon in your Dock. Alternatively, you can right-click (or Control-click) on the icon and select “Move to Trash” from the contextual menu.
- To permanently delete the application and free up space on your Mac, you need to empty the Trash. Right-click (or Control-click) on the Trash icon in your Dock, and select “Empty Trash” from the contextual menu. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the items when prompted.
For Windows Users:
- Press the Windows key on your keyboard or click the Windows icon in the taskbar to open the Start Menu.
- In the Start Menu, type “File Explorer” and press Enter, or click on the “File Explorer” icon in the taskbar if it’s pinned there.
- In the File Explorer window, click on “This PC” from the sidebar on the left to ensure you’re searching your entire computer.
- In the top-right corner of the File Explorer window, type “Priority Matrix” into the search bar and press Enter.
- Once the search results appear, locate the “Priority Matrix” application. It might be listed as a program or a folder, depending on how it was installed.
- Right-click on the “Priority Matrix” item and select “Delete” from the contextual menu that appears. Confirm any prompts that ask if you’re sure you want to delete the item.
- To permanently remove the application and free up space on your computer, you’ll need to empty the Recycle Bin. Right-click on the Recycle Bin icon on your desktop and select “Empty Recycle Bin” from the contextual menu. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the items when prompted.
