Weird stuff happens with technology. Sometimes it’s an easy fix, like just rebooting your computer or making sure you’re using the most updated version of an app. Other times, it’s really confusing and without expert help, it causes lots of frustration.
If you’re in a situation where you don’t know what to do and you’ve asked us for help, we may ask you for a copy of your phone’s local data. When we get a copy, we can look it over and diagnose the problem a little better. Here’s how to do it:
- Connect your phone to your computer and open iTunes.
- Make sure you’re looking at your iPhone screen.
- Go into Apps and scroll down to File Sharing
- Select Priority Matrix and send a copy of all the data.
