While collaborating with team members, it is often helpful to quickly share a screenshot within Priority Matrix for Mac. This is a simple action that will go far to ensure that you and your colleagues are all on the same page. Follow the steps below to learn how to use this feature!

 1. Once you are within you project matrix, tap your tracking pad with two fingers. Then, choose “new item from…” and then “screenshot” at the bottom of the secondary menu.

2.  Next, swipe your fingers forward on your tracking pad. This will allow you to choose any open file or browser on your desktop.

3. Once you have chosen the item you wish to screenshot, you will be able to select what portion of the screen you wish to capture.

4. Once this is done, the image will immediately upload to your matrix and show up in the item details section of your newly created item as well as your project feed.

5. You can then rename the item, add comments, or add any other details that you wish.
