Go to Projects -> Email Project – Select which items you would like to send and your email is ready.   You also can just right click on the Matrix view and select Email/Email Project

There are 2 ways of how you could prioritize your tasks: 1) By choosing the sorting: “Due Sooner”. 2) By adding numerical icons to your tasks. This way prioritization of tasks will be visually clear.  

To see items or tasks that have been finished and marked as complete on Priority Matrix, just select either “Showing: All Items” or “Showing: Finished Items” at the bottom left of your screen –
