In order to move an item across projects in Priority Matrix for Mac, drag the item over to the list of projects, select the destination project, and then drag the item itself into a specific quadrant. See the video below for a visual explanation.

To turn off auto start on Windows: 1) From the start menu, search for Task Manager. 2) In the Task Manager window, select the “Start Up” tab. 3) Select Priority Matrix from the list of programs, and click “Disable” in the bottom right hand corner of the window.
