Have you found yourself in a situation where you want to share a project with somebody, but do not want them to be able to edit the project? Maybe your boss or your customer? You can do this with the read only view for Mac with Priority Matrix. Using the read only view you can share a project, gantt chart, and reports. with anybody.
- Open your Priority Matrix Mac app
- Right click on the project
- Hover over sharing
- Select “Get secret read-only link”
- You can either open the browser directly from here, or the link will be coppied for you to paste into a new web browser.
