You had to delete the program before –either for an update or for some other reason– and now you’re stuck.

  1. Go to the Downloads page and click on the Windows logo.
  2. This will bring you to the Windows download page. It will automatically start the download, but you can also click the link (here) to download the file.
  3. Once it’s downloaded, open the file (your computer will ask if it’s okay to open an application downloaded from the internet. We promise it’s safe!) and go through the installation wizard.
  4. You’ll need to sign in, but now you’re all downloaded!
