Priority Matrix allows you to filter items shown within a project, based on their completion status. By using the completion filter, you can ensure that your view helps, rather than hinders, your productivity.
In this article you will learn how to filter your items, by completion, on both Windows and Mac.
Using Your Completion Filter on Windows
1. Click on the button labeled “No Special Filter,” in the upper right corner of your Priority Matrix dashboard.
2. Click on the drop down menu labeled “Item Types.” Here you can choose from several different choices.
Using Your Completion Filter on Mac
1. Click on the search bar at the top and to the right.
2. As in Windows, click the “Item Types” menu and select what you wish to see.
You Can Also Use the “Showing” Bar:
You can quickly check on and customize your view on both Mac and Windows in the “showing” bar at the bottom of the dashboard.
These filters apply, not only in your projects, but in Master View as well.
