There are several ways to turn emails into Priority Matrix tasks. You can send an email to your inbox, or even to a specific project/quadrant.

Method 1: Using Your Secret Inbox Address

Every Priority Matrix account has a unique email address that creates tasks from forwarded emails. You can find yours in two places:

Simply forward any email to this address, and it will appear in your Priority Matrix inbox within minutes.

Method 2: Sending to Specific Projects

Want to send emails directly to a specific project and quadrant?

  1. Right-click on the project name in the project list
  2. Choose the quadrant you want to forward the email into, and copy this address
  3. Go back to your email, and forward it to this address you just copied
  4. TIP: Save this secret address as a contact in your email to make it easier for next time
