Priority Matrix is a sold using a subscription model, with various subscription levels (Pro, Business…) depending on the features you need. In general, the total cost is proportional to the number of users needed in the account. Details on what each level provides are given in our pricing page. It is also possible to use the app for free, indefinitely, as long as you stay within the limits of our free tier.
When your free trial expires, you have the option to subscribe and keep using the app as during the trial, or to make sure that you stay within the free-tier limits. If you exceed those limits, you can request a short trial extension to give you time to bring down your usage.
