When using the Priority Matrix for Chrome extension (or Firefox, or Microsoft Edge), you can quickly and easily save or send anything you find online. This could be a picture, an article, or even a sales confirmation! To use the button, simply click on the Priority Matrix logo in your extension bar, which is probably to the right side of the web address bar. After clicking the button, you will get a small box that will let you name the item and decide whose Inbox it should go to, or optionally to pick a destination project.
It might look similar to this:
And if you want to send it to someone else (like that sales confirmation going to your boss!), just make sure the email of the person you want to own the task is selected and click “send to Priority Matrix.”
Finally, if you want to include a specific paragraph or sentence in the notes for the item, use your mouse to select the relevant text, and then use the browser extension to create the item. The selected text will become the notes for the new item. So convenient to know that your Priority Matrix is always one click away.
