Install and set-up your Priority Matrix:

  1. The team admin will add you to the subscription. You will receive an email from Priority Matrix with your username (email) and a temporary password.
  2. Follow this link to reset your password.
    1. You will receive a confirmation email
    2. Use that email to confirm your password change
    3. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, please email us.
  3. Follow this link to install the latest version of Priority Matrix for Mac and/or Windows.
  4. Open your Priority Matrix desktop app and sign in
  5. If you are asked for the “activation key” select “automatically verify.”
    1. OR, please select “sign in with different user” and then try again.
    2. If this does not work, please email us for assistance.
  6. Sign up for a free 30 minutes training session to learn more about Priority Matrix!
