Install and set-up your Priority Matrix:
- The team admin will add you to the subscription. You will receive an email from Priority Matrix with your username (email) and a temporary password.
- Follow this link to reset your password.
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Use that email to confirm your password change
- If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, please email us.
- Follow this link to install the latest version of Priority Matrix for Mac and/or Windows.
- Open your Priority Matrix desktop app and sign in
- If you are asked for the “activation key” select “automatically verify.”
- OR, please select “sign in with different user” and then try again.
- If this does not work, please email us for assistance.
