Did your manager just add you to their Priority Matrix account? Congratulations! If you’re excited but not sure where to go from here, don’t worry – we’re here to help. While you can head directly to prioritymatrix.com and sign in, here’s how to get the app installed on your computer.

Install and Setup Your Priority Matrix

  1. Watch for the welcome email from Priority Matrix containing your username (email) and temporary password.
  2. Reset your password:
    • Use our password reset link
    • You’ll receive a confirmation email
    • Follow the link in that email to set your new password
    • Check your spam folder if you don’t see the confirmation email
  3. Download and install Priority Matrix:
    • Visit our downloads page to get the latest version
    • All our apps (Windows, Mac, mobile) are available at this central location
  4. Launch Priority Matrix and sign in with your email and new password
  5. If prompted for an “activation key”:
    • Choose “automatically verify” (this usually happens automatically)
    • Or select “sign in with different user” and try again
