Are you using Priority Matrix on your Mac but you are not an Apple Mail user?  No problem!  When you want to email an item or project to an external collaborator you can set up your Priority Matrix so Gmail is opened and not Apple Mail.   I am going to tell you how to set Gmail as your default mail provider on Mac 🙂

 

Set Gmail With Chrome as Your Default Mail Provider on Mac

  1. Open a Chrome browser and go to your Gmail.
  2. Log out of Gmail, then log back in.
  3. Look to the top right corner in the search bar.  You will see an icon called “handler” icon.Default Mail Provider
  4. Click on that and change the option to allow 🙂

There you go! Now you can email from Priority Matrix with ease and no longer need to worry about being tangled up in your Apple Mail!
