Your mother always told you not to talk back, but here’s the exception: in Priority Matrix, you can communicate with the program via different means using commands.
Our blog made an article about the commands and how else to say it, but here’s the list:
There are three main ways to do it…
- When Priority Matrix sends you an email, either about your tasks or one for the team, you can reply using commands to have the program automatically do something for you. That could be updating the due date or assigning the task to someone else.
- On Mac, by going to the bottom of the item detail view, you will see a chat pod.
- Type a command in and watch it turn green (which means it was read correctly as a command)!
Via Mobile Devices:
- Just like in the chat pods, once the command is accepted, it turns green. And just like in the chat pod, you type right into it.
