The process is simple!
1. Start by copying the link to your Priority Matrix calendar, found at https://sync.appfluence.com/pmweb/feeds/ (you will need to log in to your account).
2. Go to the Settings menu on your iPad/iPhone, and selected “Mail, Calendars, Calendars”
3. Add account –> Other
4. Choose “Add Subscribed Calendar”; paste the URL of your Priority Matrix calendar.
! Note that to refresh your calendar subscription on iOS you need to:

- Open Calendar app
- Tap on “Calendars”

- Drag down to refresh
Dates from your Priority Matrix will now appear in your iPad/iPhone’s calendar. Keep in mind that these calendar dates are read-only, meaning you will not be able to edit Priority Matrix due dates via your iPad/iPhone calendar. Also, note that synchronization from Priority Matrix to your calendar only works one way, meaning that dates added to your calendar will not appear in Priority Matrix.
