Priority Matrix offers a private calendar for your tasks, which can be integrated with almost every calendar app out there. Unfortunately, Outlook for Mac is NOT one of those apps, because it doesn’t support “internet calendars”, also known as ICS subscriptions. Luckily, there is an alternative, which you can use if you have an outlook.com account.

How do I subscribe to my PM calendar via outlook.com?

The process involves first getting the address for your private PM calendar, and then using it in your calendar app to set up the subscription. See the following steps:

  1. Click “Data” on the top of your screen. Then scroll to the bottom of the drop-down box and click “sync to Your Calendars.”

If all went well, when you open your calendar view (whether on outlook.com or any other Outlook that shares the same account), you should be able to see your Priority Matrix items show up at the right time.
