Sometimes, people use different emails than the one they used during their trial when they subscribe, and then need to transfer their data from the trial to the new account. Other times, people change email providers, or their company address changes for administrative reasons. Transferring your data can be completed in a few easy steps.

How to Transfer Data

  1. Click on the following link: https://sync.appfluence.com/accounts/transfer
  2. You will land on a page that will prompt you to add a ‘Destination email’ where your data will be sent.
  3. Enter the new email you would like to use in association with your account.
  4. Click ‘transfer my data’.
  5.  This will transfer the data to the provided email address
  6. Now your data should be transferred from your subscription email to your new emailTransfer Data
