Need to change who manages your Priority Matrix team account? Only the current admi can make this change through our account management page. Here’s what you need to know:

How to Change the Administrator

  1. Current admin should visit Account Management Page
  2. Locate the administrator dropdown menu
  3. Select the new administrator from your team members list
  4. Save your changes

Important Notes

  • Only the current administrator can change admin rights
  • The administrator can be removed as a team member while retaining admin privileges (useful for saving license seats)
  • Administrator changes take effect immediately
  • The new admin will have full account management capabilities
