Need to change who manages your Priority Matrix team account? Only the current admi can make this change through our account management page. Here’s what you need to know:
How to Change the Administrator
- Current admin should visit Account Management Page
- Locate the administrator dropdown menu
- Select the new administrator from your team members list
- Save your changes
Important Notes
- Only the current administrator can change admin rights
- The administrator can be removed as a team member while retaining admin privileges (useful for saving license seats)
- Administrator changes take effect immediately
- The new admin will have full account management capabilities
