How to export/import a Jira project

If you want to move your Jira project over to Priority Matrix, the first step is to export your Jira data.  We have summarized the steps for you below:

  1. Open your Jira account
  2. Open ” Issues and Filters” from the left hand side panel
  3.  Search Issues
  4. Choose the task you would like to integrate with your PM
  5. Export Excel CSV ( all fields )

Once you have this file on your computer,  load this into your Priority Matrix:

  1. Go to https://sync.appfluence.com/project_templates/import/jira
  2. Choose the previously generated CSV and load in that form
  3. When all is done, open Priority Matrix on the web or your Windows/Mac app
