Getting Things Done(1) (GTD) is a methodology prescribed by David Allen. Priority Matrix, on the other hand, is an ultra flexible easy to use tool to manage priorities. We’ve previously explained how to use Priority Matrix with GTD methodology. In this example, we created several templates so that you can use GTD with Priority Matrix. Attached is a screenshot of each template, as well as the pmatrix file. The pmatrix file can be imported using any device currently running Priority Matrix (iPad, iPhone, Mac, Windows). Click on image to download the template. If you have Priority Matrix on the iPad, simply tap on the image and it’ll ask you to open in PM. It’s that simple!

The GTD templates are intended to save you time. You can also make and share your own templates as long as you have a copy of Priority Matrix. Make something great and share it with others!
