Priority Matrix is tightly integrated with Microsoft Office 365, which offers different subscription levels. Most of the Priority Matrix features are supported at any level, but some features will only work if you have, for example, an E5 subscription to Microsoft 365. Below are instructions to determine your Microsoft subscription level.
- Login to Microsoft 365: https://login.microsoftonline.com
- Click your Profile Icon (on the top right)
- Select View Account (and that will take you to the Partner Center)
- Select View subscriptions
- You will see your Subscription Type under Licenses, and it could be something like “Office 365 E3”, “Office 365 E5” or something else entirely
