Priority Matrix makes it easy to share your work through print or email. Whether you need a physical copy of your project or want to email it to colleagues, you can do both through the share menu available in most views. The same selection and filtering rules apply to both printing and emailing.
Using the Share Menu
- Open the view you want to share (project, master list, or any other view)
- Click or tap the share button in the toolbar
- Choose your desired output:
- Print: Send the content directly to your printer
- Email Items: Share via email
What Gets Included?
The content included in your print or email depends on your current selection:
- No Selection: The entire current view or project
- Selected Items: Only the items you’ve selected
- Filtered View: Only the items currently visible after applying filters
Customizing Your Output
Before sharing, you can:
- Use filters to show exactly what you want to share
- Select specific items by holding Ctrl/Cmd while clicking
- Sort items to arrange them in your preferred order
- Choose between different view options (compact/normal) for optimal layout
Pro Tips:
- Print to PDF if you need a digital copy for later
- Email recipients don’t need Priority Matrix to view the content
- Both print and email outputs include item details like notes, progress, and due dates
- Consider using filters to create focused reports (e.g., only completed items, only high priority items)
