Priority Matrix offers a free tier that lets you use the app indefinitely, for free, as long as you stay under certain limits. Specifically, the free tier is available for teams of up to 5 people, who are working on up to 5 projects, with a limit of 100 open items or 250 total items (including finished ones). An item is considered open if it’s not completed or deleted. If you want to find out whether your account is within the limit, simply open your account page and look for the statistics on the left side panel. Note that this indicator will disappear once you are a subscriber.
If you’re working on a small team or managing a few projects, the free tier of Priority Matrix might be all you need. However, if you surpass the limits of the free tier, you will be asked to subscribe to a paid plan. Alternatively, you can briefly extend your trial for a week in order to bring down your usage under the limit.
Priority Matrix offers a range of paid plans that offer additional features and more flexibility, depending on your needs. For example, the Pro plan allows you to work with larger teams and more projects, while the Business plan offers even more advanced features and integrations.
Regardless of which plan you choose, Priority Matrix is an excellent tool for staying organized and on top of your tasks and projects. With its simple and intuitive interface, powerful features, and robust integrations, it’s a great choice for individuals and teams looking to improve their productivity and collaboration.
