How To Export Data From Wunderlist
Luckily, even though your data is stored in Wunderlist, it is very easy to get it into a JSON format. Here are the step-by-step details explaining how to export data from Wunderlist:
Step 1
Log into Wunderlist using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Step 2
Head to the top left of your screen on Wunderlist. From there, click on your avatar.
Step 3
Scroll down to Account.
Step 4
There, you will see your name, email, and password. Underneath, you will see the Account Backup option. Click create backup, then done.
Note: If you choose to export your data from Safari, after you click done, you will also have to:
- Right click on the button
- Click Download Linked File As
- Add the extension .json to the file name
When you backup your data, you will have access to:
- Your Lists
- Your To-Do’s
- Your Subtasks
- Your Reminders
- Your Notes
