Customers sometimes wonder what happens here at Appfluence on a regular workday. Thought I’d share a screenshot taken this morning of Pablo (our head of engineering) working directly on solving a a few bugs for customers. Pablo’s sporting the latest Macbook Air, an ultrabook tablet, as well as a Microsoft Surface, all of which are running the latest build of Priority Matrix. Not to mention plenty of coffee. It’s an open space work place, with walls that we can write on, and we only use conference rooms for calls and meetings.
We’re constantly working on all platforms, and we use Priority Matrix to manage every aspect of our company to ensure that we’re focused on the right priorities, work on the right things, and have clear communication across our team. If that we can do it, so can our customers.
