Challenges

Before using Priority Matrix, Greg kept track of his tasks using a variety of notepads, to-do apps, and reminders. However, without one centralized place to manage his priorities, Greg faced a number of challenges, including:

Notes were spread out and unorganized, making it difficult to figure out where to start

Solution

Currently, Greg oversees a team of 40. He has created over 10 shared projects for his team. Within these projects, Greg and his team create items, set due dates, and delegate to one another at the touch of a button.
