In this article, we are going to walk through the process of integrating your Priority Matrix for Windows Inbox by setting it up to sync Gmail messages. It’s quick and easy to do, but it will save you so much time by prioritizing your emails into actionable items and read-only messages.
1. Click the “Inbox” button in the upper left-hand corner.
2. Click the envelope icon to open the drop-down menu; select “Copy your Item Inbox Address”.
3. Forward your email from Gmail to the secret inbox address you just copied.
4. This email will show up in the inbox section of your Priority Matrix. To move the item to a project, you can either drag and drop it, or right-click and select “Import in Project”. Note that the subject line of the email is now the name of the task, and the body of the emails appears in the Notes section. Attachments can be found under files.
