My search bar disappeared, how did I get it back?

We all love the advanced search bar in the top right corner of your Priority Matrix.  But all of the sudden, does your search bar seem to be gone?

Find your search bar:

1. Right click on the top of your Priority Matrix
2. Unselect “hide toolbar”
