With the Priority Matrix for Mac, its very easy to communicate with your team and make sure everyone is up to date. You can start by adding them to the team by going to the top and clicking on your avatar, then select Team Account. Next, you can add any team member to a project by clicking the head icon with the (+) in it in the Project Details section. To assign someone a task, click the avatar on the right hand side and select your teammate. Want to receive notifications on any task? In the Item Details, you can add yourself as a follower or your colleague. Last, we want to make sure everyone knows whats going on with in the task/project. So we give you the capability to hold a conversation in the conversation box at the bottom of the Item Details section.
