Olympique Façade Access Consulting is an established, highly specialized niche business for the design & installation of façade access and fall protection solutions for existing buildings and new construction projects nationally. Challenges

Before using Priority Matrix, David managed his workload using various manual methods, in combination with other “to-do” programs. However, he faced difficulty when trying to collaborate on tasks with his team.

David and his employees have created a number of team projects in Priority Matrix that allow them to advance company goals. “We have projects that represent each function area of the company that have more than one team member working on them, such as our Request for Proposal process.” This allows each stage of the process to be assigned to the correct team member. Further, David utilizes the Priority Matrix mobile app to add tasks and projects on the fly. He also makes use of the system’s email integration feature to categorize emails into projects.
